SmileAgain Match is a free matching service and education website. We help connect adults and families in the United States with denture and dental providers near them. We also share general information to help people understand common denture terms and options.

We are not a dentist, denturist, dental clinic, or other dental provider. We do not examine teeth or gums. We do not diagnose problems. We do not tell you what treatment, procedure, or device you need. If you want care, advice, or answers about your mouth, teeth, gums, denture fit, pain, or treatment choices, please contact a licensed denture or dental provider.

To use this site, you must use it lawfully and in a respectful way. You may not try to misuse the website, interfere with the service, send spam, or submit false information.

When you use Get Matched, we collect contact details and a short note only so we can try to connect you with a participating provider. We do not ask you to share medical history, health conditions, medications, insurance ID numbers, Social Security numbers, or immigration status through the matching form.

Our role is limited. We share educational information and try to match you with participating providers. Participating providers pay a flat fee to take part in the network. The matching service is free for readers and families.

We do not provide dental care. We do not schedule every appointment ourselves. We do not control a provider's office, staff, availability, prices, treatment plan, materials, timing, or results. Any care you choose to receive is between you and the provider.

We do not guarantee that:
- you will be matched with a provider
- a provider will contact you
- a provider will have an opening when you need one
- any provider will be the right fit for you
- any provider will accept your insurance, discount plan, or payment method
- any denture or dental work will fit a certain way or feel a certain way
- any treatment will be pain-free, quick, or successful
- any result, outcome, or timeline will meet your expectations
- any price shown on our site will match what a provider may charge

Any cost information on this site is general educational information only. Costs are ranges, not quotes. They vary by type, materials, provider, and area, and are not quotes.
