About
How SmileAgain Match works
SmileAgain Match helps adults and families find denture and dental providers near them, free. You can compare your options and choose who to contact, and we only collect contact details and a short note, never medical history.
Whether you need new dentures, a repair, a reline, or implant-supported dentures, your area, and how to reach you. A short note and contact details only, never medical history or insurance numbers.
We connect you with denture and dental providers near you who fit your needs, comfort, and budget, at no cost to you.
Talk to providers about the type that fits, the fit and comfort, the materials, payment plans, and the full written price. Ask how they help patients like you.
You decide which provider to visit, if any. Confirm the type, the fit, and the price in writing before any work starts. No honest provider guarantees a perfect result.
How SmileAgain Match works
We are a free matching service. We are not a dentist, denturist, dental clinic, or provider. We share educational information and help connect you with participating providers in your area.
A denturist is a licensed professional in some states who makes and fits dentures. A dental provider may also be a general dentist, prosthodontist, or other licensed dental office that offers denture care.
Here are the 4 basic steps:
1. Tell us how to reach you
You fill out a short form at Get matched. We ask for simple contact details, such as your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, and a short note about what kind of help you are looking for.
2. We look for nearby participating providers
We use your location and note to look for denture or dental providers near you who may be able to help.
3. You review your options
If matches are available, you can compare providers and decide who you want to contact. There is no obligation to choose anyone.
4. You contact the provider you prefer
The provider can explain their services, scheduling, and office process. They can also answer questions about costs, timing, and what they offer.
What we ask, and what we do not ask
We keep the form simple.
We ask for:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address, if you have one
- ZIP code or city
- A short note about what you need help finding
We do not ask for:
- Medical history
- Health conditions
- Medications
- Insurance ID numbers
- Social Security numbers
- Immigration status
Please do not put private medical details in the note box. A short message is enough, such as, "I want to learn about denture options near me," or, "I need a provider close to my home."
If you want to learn common denture words before you submit, visit Services. You can also read simple guides on denture types and what affects cost.
What happens after you submit
After you send the form, we review your contact details and short note. Then we try to match you with participating providers near you.
A participating provider pays SmileAgain Match a flat fee to take part in the matching service. Matching is free for you.
If a match is available, you may hear from a provider, or we may share provider details so you can contact them yourself. Response times can vary by area and provider availability.
SmileAgain Match does not examine teeth, diagnose problems, recommend treatment, or tell you what procedure you need. We cannot promise that a provider will have an opening, that an appointment will happen right away, or that any result, fit, comfort level, or price will be a certain way.
If you are exploring choices, it may help to know a few simple terms:
- A full denture replaces all teeth in the upper jaw, lower jaw, or both.
- A partial denture replaces one or more missing teeth and fits around some natural teeth.
- An immediate denture is placed soon after teeth are removed, when a provider decides it is appropriate.
- A reline is an adjustment that adds material inside a denture so it fits the gums better as the mouth changes.
- A rebase keeps the denture teeth but replaces the denture base material.
- An overdenture, also called an implant-supported denture, is a denture that attaches to dental implants.
- A soft liner is a softer layer placed inside some dentures for comfort in certain cases.
A licensed provider can explain which services they offer and whether any of these terms apply to your situation.
Costs, choices, and your decision
Provider costs can vary a lot. They depend on the type of denture, materials, provider, and area. Any prices you may see in our educational content are ranges, not quotes.
For example, a denture may cost anywhere from a few hundred dollars to several thousand dollars, depending on what a provider offers. Some services, such as relines, repairs, extractions, or implant-supported options, can change the total. Only a licensed provider can give you actual pricing for your care.
You are in control of your choice. You can compare providers, ask questions, and decide who feels right for you. There is no pressure to move forward.
